What is your professional work? As this is a mindfulness-based professional's network we require each member to disclose his or her profession (i.e. teacher, psychotherapist, MD, lawyer, etc.)
We offer effective evidence-based clinical therapies for individuals with mental health concerns and chronic illnesses, including: anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD, diabetes, cancer, perfectionism, insomnia, eating disorders, substance abuse and addiction.
Using mindfulness-based techniques in professional work
Our mission is to improve the physical and mental well-being of individuals and communities through the development, delivery, training and research of mindfulness-based therapies, and to make these therapies available and accessible to disadvantaged and marginalized populations who disproportionately suffer poor health.
