What is your personal relationship to or connection with mindfulness?
I have practiced mindfulness occasionally using an app, but I would like to practice more regularly.
What is your professional work? As this is a mindfulness-based professional's network we require each member to disclose his or her profession (i.e. teacher, psychotherapist, MD, lawyer, etc.)
I am a teacher/guidance counsellor.
Using mindfulness-based techniques in professional work
I would like to promote regular mindfulness techniques among staff and students at school.
