We offer monthly Sunday morning meditations for parents, led by an experienced mindfulness group leader and meditator. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome. If you are interested in developing and nurturing mindfulness and/or buddhist principles in order to support your important and hard work as a parent, please join us!
The format will include a guided meditation, a talk on a topic related to mindfulness and/or buddhism and parenting and a discussion over tea. If you can, please register in advance. But if you wake up with the will to meditate with others, just come, we'll make room for you. (Adults only please)
