Revitalize or deepen your mindfulness practice with a Mindfulness Booster Class. These 75-minute classes include a 45-minute mindful yoga practice followed by a 30-minute sitting mindfulness meditation. There is a short opportunity to ask questions at the end. Jennifer stays on for up to 15 minutes to respond to lingering questions.
These classes are suited for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
