What is your personal relationship to or connection with mindfulness?
I realized one day that each self help activity I engaged in centered around mindfulness.Once I figured this out I felt like I had a super power! I even found that I could find peace in very hectic moments of my life.
What is your professional work? As this is a mindfulness-based professional's network we require each member to disclose his or her profession (i.e. teacher, psychotherapist, MD, lawyer, etc.)

Youth are faced with so many unique struggles, one of them is that it is very easy to feel you have no personnel autonomy.I mindfulness is one way to help reestablish a youths control over their own mental health.
