What is your personal relationship to or connection with mindfulness?
I have been studying buddhism and mindfulness for a few years now. I have a taken a couple courses on mindfulness, and I regularly practice buddism at my local sangha. I like to wake up early and put in a Pema CD and wake up mindfully, as well as meditate :)
What is your professional work? As this is a mindfulness-based professional's network we require each member to disclose his or her profession (i.e. teacher, psychotherapist, MD, lawyer, etc.)
I am currently attending a masters program for education. I am concentrating in counselling, and I have an interest in mindfulness based art therapy and doing research in mindfulness based skills training in bullying interventions.
Using mindfulness-based techniques in professional work
I am just learning about mindfulness, I try to practice it, and I am taking some course on mindfulness and mindfulness based art therapy
