What is your personal relationship to or connection with mindfulness?
I just heard about Mindfulnes and I want to know my ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.
What is your professional work? As this is a mindfulness-based professional's network we require each member to disclose his or her profession (i.e. teacher, psychotherapist, MD, lawyer, etc.)

Using mindfulness-based techniques in professional work
I have not tried yet and I would like to know how to do it in professional work and for my family.
