Using mindfulness-based techniques in professional work
Yoga is the practice of seeing things as they truly are, and the system offers techniques for sensory care so that we cultivate a healthy relationship with reality. The only thing that is real is the present moment, so mindfulness is truly a required approach to inquiry.
