What is your personal relationship to or connection with mindfulness?
I practice mindfulness and meditation to assist me with managing anxiety from a busy life and a heavy workload. I am on a path to recover from PTSD and to improve the quality of life living with depression and anxiety related to bullying and harassment in the workplace.
