A portion of all proceeds from the meditation sessions in the Wild Blue Mindfulness studio will go to local environmental organizations and organizations that support indigenous language and culture revitalization.
Drop in teacher-led meditations are suitable for beginner and experienced meditators alike. Each session is led by Kimberly Sogge an IMTA Certified Professional Mindfulness teacher. There are no more than 10 spots available in each session.
Drop-in monthly meditation sessions are a secular community practice option available for those interested in establishing a regular meditation practice and creating connections with a secular meditation community committed to growth in buddhist meditation practice informed by Insight and Eco-dharma traditions.
All sessions include silent practice with some teacher guidance, a teaching talk, and opportunity for reflection. Total session time is limited to one hour.
