We offer an effective and affordable treatment for chronic pain conditions, recurrent depression, anxiety disorders, managing cardiovascular disease and other illnesses where stress reduction will promote healing.
Our 8 week group treatment program teaches mindfulness techniques with body awareness training, state of the art information on how the brain processes stress and pain; and gentle yoga. Ongoing monthly support sessions are provided at no additional cost to all our graduates.
This intensive program encourages participants to draw on their inner resources, learn effective self management and empowers them to actively engage in caring for themselves.
