I'm happy share that I will be supporting the University of Ottawa Heart Institute's JUMP IN campaign this year and would love you to join me and the many others who will take part in this 30-day physical and mental fitness challenge — a virtual challenge to kick-start your fitness habit, while supporting a great cause!
Mindfulness meditation will be part of of this challenge -- you can join me for a one-hour mindfulness "taster" session and many other great workout sessions that will get you moving your body on a daily basis, all in your own space at your own pace!
