Come join me for a 1/2 day workshop where we will build skills to help us move through stressful times with more ease.
Whatever you celebrate, and even if you don’t, this time of year can bring both joy and stress. In this workshop, we will explore mindfulness tools to help us cultivate the joy, and manage the stress.
Everyone is welcome and no previous experience with mindfulness is needed.
We will meet at Metta Movement and Meditation Studio on December 15 from 9:30-12:30.
